OPEN LETTER
FOR ALL THAT COUNTS
Land and forest fires in Indonesia has been loss of life, health and the loss of 711 trillion rupiah. Perhaps every effort has been made (water and gas had been sprayed in thousands of cubic), and so far the condition has not subsided.
Briefly, I deliberately use the English filed my participation to be heard by all components both within and outside the country, because of the culture in this country of small voices will not be heard.
I am not a professor or graduate degree abroad, I am just a concerned with water and oil (because of these two elements that attracted me to do research alone).
I would like to participate (voluntary) to combat fires using my formula. You may be cynical with my beliefs, but I remind you it would not hurt for you to try, because the formula only your bum in the water spray from the plane / helicopter, so the formula does not require a specific budget for use.
Thus a brief open letter, may be with you all the truth.
